Eastern Province of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity

Membership Orientation Intake Program (MOIP) - The MOIP is the means by which the Province trains undergraduate and alumni chapters and adds new members to the fraternity. The Eastern Province held five (5) Membership Orientation Intake Programs during the fiscal year and added approximately 259 new members.

C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC) - The CRWLC is an annual leadership conference conducted by the Eastern Province. The CRWLC provides leadership training and other forms of beneficial development for members of the fraternity and the community. Approximately 340 student, professional, and community leaders from VA, MD, DC, and Bermuda attended the two-day conference.

Province Council Planning Committee (PCPC) - The PCPC is responsible for planning and executing the Eastern Provinces annual meeting (Province Council). Delegates from each of the Provinces 60 chapters are required to attend the Province Council. Official Province business is presented and discussed at the Province Council including the annual State of the Province Report, financial updates, and committee updates. The Provinces Officers (excluding the Polemarch) and Board of Directors are also elected during the Province Council.
