Ed3 Galaxy

Ed3 summit -we host an annual virtual summit in a custom avatar-based environment where educators can choose their own learning adventure around emerging technologies and share ideas with one another. All program expenses in 2023 were spent in preparation for the 2024 summit, which brought over 500 educators into our unique virtual space and hosted over 50 speakers over three days of learning.

Ed3 community and events - we have facilitated over 100 free events in 2023 through this program and served over 5,000 educators globally in learning about emerging technologies. Our community of practice engaged over 1,200 educators globally, where over 10,000 messages were exchanged between learners. We've also provided grants for our community to facilitate peer-to-peer learning events across the world and have seen events in nigeria, australia, colombia, india, jamaica, and the us.

Ed3 courses - Ed3 courses are online, asynchronous courses for educators about emerging technologies. In 2023, we helped 1,750 educators learn about emerging technologies and distributed 5,249 continuing education units. This program serves as the main facilitator of our mission and generates revenue for the non-profit's sustainability.
