Eden focuses on restoring landscapes and ecosystems in order to mitigate climate change and reduce poverty in vulnerable communities. Eden works with local communities to restore and repair degraded landscapes, because the improvement of land directly correlates to an improved quality of life: crop production increases, health improves and families can escape survival mode.
Eden club challenges students to become responsible global citizens by focusing on relevant environmental education issues and tackling practical projects that protect and restore the students local environment. Eden partners with local schools and neighborhoods to facilitate our custom-designed environmental education curriculum aimed at teaching basic environmental science and cultivating better conservation practices at the household level.
