Edge Mentoring, Inc. is equipping the next generation of godly leaders. Edge attracts and recruits high-caliber business and community leaders who have a vested interest in the next generation of emerging leaders and young professionals. Edge fosters inter-generational relationships between these stakeholders by pairing four to six mentees with a seasoned mentor. Edge provides a curriculum framework that matches the needs of those in the program. Edge seeks a transformational culture in the lives of its mentors and mentees and not a transactional experience. Edge distinguishes itself by identifying the right chemistry between mentors and mentees. For this reason, Edge uses an intentional interview process to personally match every pair of individuals it places. Edge also uses a curriculum framework that provides an opportunity for seasoned leaders to invest in equipping the next generation of leaders. Edge provides the ability to affect positive change in families, companies, and communities. Edge is sharpening the impact and influence of emerging leaders personally, professionally, and spiritually through meaningful Mentoring relationships. Starting in central Indiana, Edge has grown to include mentors and mentees in 35 different states around the united states. Beginning in 2018, Edge launched several new offerings in the form of guest mentors and Edge at work groups. Guest mentors is a way for leaders to engage with Edge for a 3-4 hour/quarter commitment. Edge at work is a way to bring the Edge model inside an individual company for whole-life Mentoring to take place.
