PATHFINDER PROGRAM: An economic mobility and career path exploration program. The program helps students build personalized roadmaps towards high-income careers in diverse areas of disciplines such as education, bioscience, pharmacology, law and government, medicine, engineering, and more to instill in them the desire to explore further career choices achieved through detailed planning with the guidance of individual mentors and industry experts who will bring in their own professionalism to support youth.
