These include: school law - the use of social media by board members, building community partnerships, student safety and cyber security, budget/ finance - the boards's role in the budget, crisis management, STEM/STEAM, sustainability, the arts in education and regionalization. Over 4,000 board members registered for these meetings during the year.
Provide training designed to equip board presidents, and vice presidents, and aspiring leaders with the skills and information necessary to perform their roles effectively. Also, support training to help schools implement I-STEAM (Integrative science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) programs- and guide informed and strategic decisions.
