These amounts represent the amounts of dividend and interest income and gain/loss on the sale of stocks related to the original bequest that was made to the Foundation under the last will and testament of of elaine b rosenberg and subsequent Charitable contributions. The amount of the Charitable contributions and earnings thereon are being used to make contributions and grants to corporations, trusts, community chests, funds or foundations organized and operated for medical research and general Charitable purposes in accordance with the Foundation's bylaws and governing organizational documents.
