There were differences of opinion on outcome results between our board members and tmi project. Along with the national park service, tmi was one of our two principal partners in this three-stage endeavor. As a result, it was a board decision to not repeat this onetime collaboration in 2022. In the recent past, our signature programs were all face-to-face, and there was great uncertainty about planning for an Eleanor Roosevelt medals ceremony. Many of our community college students from our eccel (eleanor's community college excellence in learning) program expected a hybrid model of operation which proved difficult to stage.
