Program areas at Elijah Family Homes

Elijah Family Homes (efh) administers two programs: transitions to success (tts) and the parent-child assistance program (pcap) in benton and franklin counties, wa. Both programs are three-year endeavors to assist clients in becoming self-sufficient. Both programs address parenting skills, maintaining a home, and personal finance. The tts program provides families safe, affordable housing and supportive services in the form of highly individualized case management. Efh facilitates personal accountability through random drug testing and recovery program participation.
The parent-child assistance program (pcap) serves women who used substances during pregnancy. The primary goal of pcap is to prevent future births of alcohol or drug exposed children through highly individualized case management, community resource engagement, and navigation of the legal system.
