Eliminate Poverty Now empowers Africa's extreme poor, especially women and girls, to lift themselves out of poverty through training programs provided by the Dov Institute. The institute trains trainers to teach concepts and techniques that dramatically increase income, including best practices in horticulture. Additionally, their Little Rock Scholarship Program enables bright students from Kibera to attend Kenya's top secondary schools and continue their studies at the university level. Program areas at Eliminate Poverty Now

Dov institute the mission of the dov institute is to build agricultural prosperity. We will prepare the students to become agricultural technicians. They will learn best practices in horticulture, creative strategies to maximize income, principles of running effective cooperatives, and tools and techniques to train largely illiterate farmers. We will also prepare students for careers in agribusiness, giving them knowledge and skills to become successful agricultural entrepreneurs. Accomplishments: 1.tested campus facilities with a 2-month training program funded by millennium challenge corporation 2.solved long standing fertility problems in training gardens 3.broadened the curriculum to increase focus on agribusiness opportunities 4.finalized members of the permanent faculty, course assignments, and academic calendars 5.created and launched intensive training for faculty members to master innovative learn-by-doing teaching techniques
Little rock scholarship program Eliminate Poverty Now concluded its 15-year partnership with little rock early childhood developmental center in 2023. The objective was to use high education to lift children from the kibera slums out of Poverty. Accomplishements: 1.96 students received 4-year scholarships to kenya's top secondary schools 2.90 students graduated high school, a 94% graduation rate 3.79 students qualified to continue their education beyond high school 4.16 students have graduated college or university 5.63 students are currently enrolled or ready to apply 6.area of study included architecture, education, engineering, nursing, physics, psychology, telecommunications and many more
