Echos enrichment center is a pivotal space dedicated to lancaster Community members where they can access support in navigating systems and develop skills to reach stability. The center provides a welcoming, low- barrier space for clients to access essential resources, individualized case advocacy, connections to Community partners, and re-housing support. 293 clients were served during the year ended june 30, 2024.
Echos runs Elizabethtown emergency shelter, utilizing a low-barrier model, provides life-saving refuge during the coldest months, open from early december through early april. Here, up to 42 individuals, including families, are given a safe place to sleep, hot meals, and access to Community resources. Beyond providing shelter, echos focuses on dignity and support, offering showers, laundry, and hygiene supplies alongside comprehensive case management. The emergency shelter served 85 individuals during the year ended june 30, 2024.
Echos Housing stability programs use interventions to provide long-term supportive Services that assist clients in obtaining and maintaining independent Housing. The Housing stability programs served 346 individuals during the year ended june 30, 2024.
