The manor provides skilled care under the state of North Dakota and federal government standards. All costs are used for care of individuals in a long term care setting.Regulations are established in order that each resident will be treated fairly and that the organization can function efficiently. Residents are entitled to the best medical care to help each individual continue his/her life at the maximum of his/her abilities. Each person admitted has available to him/her physical, mental, social, restorative, and spiritual facilities which will contribute to his/her recovery and enrich his/her life.

Elm Crest Assisted Living is a non-profit organization owned by Peace Church in New Salem, ND, licensed under the laws of the state of ND to provide assistance in an independent living environment.The Assisted Living is a licensed 19 unit building located in New Salem, ND.Regulations are established that each tenant will be treated fairly and the organization can function efficiently. All tenants are entitled to the best living environment and care that can be provided in an assisted living environment to maximize their independence and psychosocial wellbeing.
