EMAD HOUSE (TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION PROGRAM): We sent grants to our local partner in Tehran, Iran, to serve the kids who travel to Tehran for a bone marrow or organ transplant. Using the Emad Foundation grants, our partner was able to accomplish the following in year 2023: Accommodated 203 families, with an average stay length of 44 nights, providing over 38 thousand meals, 691 flight tickets for the kids and their immediate family members to travel between Tehran and their home town, and paid the expenses of over 2 thousand medical bills (prescriptions, lab works, visits, etc.). Emad Foundation funds have also been used to cover the maintenance and renovation costs of the accommodation facilities used by our local partner.
