Program areas at Employment Options

Clubhouse is a place where adults recovering from mental illness help each other to find Employment, housing, advocacy, education, parenting, support and wellness. The Options clubhouse located in marlborough, ma, is where individuals (18+) support each other and learn valuable skills to move their lives forward. By working as a team, the members of the clubhouse gain meaningful Employment and the skills to get that next job, build integral life skills, interact more socially with their peers and the community and, in turn, achieve personal growth. With each other's support, members work to transform their lives and empower one another to achieve their full potential, be a better parent and family member and get back into the workplace with meaningful Employment.
Catering Options is a social enterprise of Employment Options. Catering Options empowers the individuals we serve to improve their mental health through meaningful Employment. The job entry and reentry process is extremely crucial for individuals in recovery to live fully productive, self-sufficient lives. Catering Options not only provides jobs but facilitates job readiness as well as placement and job retention in the food service industry. The program offers three lines of business in the food services industry: full service catering events, a la carte services, and bulk/school lunches. Through catering Options, members work in a variety of settings throughout our service area including a charter school, local businesses, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
