Blessing and Growth Programs: Programs address the emergent and basic needs of at-risk, underserved teens so they can focus on their healing and growth and provides educational, life-skills, and Christian religious and spiritual counseling services through various learning experiences to shape their future.
Program development: We are designing the E.M.P.O.W.E.R 7-Step model and programming curricula that will be implemented at the Empower 7 Ranch. Our model provides a structured framework to administer services appropriate to each youth's required level of care and unique development needs, monitor and measure the youths progression throughout their transition to adulthood, and adjust the service plans and programming curricula as needed to ensure positive outcomes for each youth in our care.
