Ewop engages top leaders and business owners to constructively redirect incarcerated womens' ambitions by equipping them with 10-driving values based on training on leadership and entrepeneurship; thus enabling them to productively re-enter society. This includes an inside Prison 3-month character and leadership development program in a classroom setting and a 6-month business plan curriculum and a range of post-release services including a connection to transitional housing, employment assistance, mentoring, social services and topic driven workshops.
