End substance use disorder built and led a coalition of nearly 550 organizationsthat passed federal legislation to expand access to evidence-basedtreatment to more than 2 million Americans with substance use disorder. End substance use disorder collaborated with the biden-harrisadministration to implement a new law it spearheaded that willprevent overdoses, expand access to treatment, and support recovery. Our mission is to prevent overdoses, support healing, and End stigma by educating lawmakers and holding them accountable to enacting solutions to End the substance use disorder crisis.

Program areas at End Substance Use Disorder

End substance use disorder built and led a national coalition of hundreds of organizations to urge congress and the white house to enact legislation to prevent overdoses, increase access to treatment, and reduce stigma. Both presidential administrations took executive action on the policy. And, a bipartisan majority of the u.s. house of representatives signed onto the legislation, making it the most broadly supported overdose prevention bill this session.
