The more we understand our Students' worlds, the more possibilities we will see for them. This private Foundation 501(c)(3) provided the 501(c)(3) public charity documentary producer with assistance in expert research, reviewing research: (1) related to programs and/or strategies that improve student engagement by building on and fostering the talents that exist within each student (drawing out genius (r)), as well as increasing their resilience, at the same time increasing their awareness of opportunities, fields of endeavor, and methods of planning and budgeting for themselves; (2) related to increased development of emotional intelligence and the realization that each person has within themselves the ability of choosing their life's path, trades - technical - medical - etc., through university or any other personal development choice; and (3) related to programs and/or strategies that have documented successes in achieving increased graduation rates and increased gainful employment
