The organization's primary program is the engen Leadership program. The mission of engen is to educate and empower the next generation of leaders in all sectors of the industry to guide the evolution of the Energy industry and ensure a successful Energy future. Engen is a one-year, curriculum-based Leadership development program focused on Leadership skills and professional development used to bridge the divide between Energy sectors, collaborate within the entire Energy community, conduct a productive and inclusive Energy dialogue, and contribute informed and innovative solutions to the complex challenges of a continuously evolving Energy industry. (continued on schedule o)the curriculum is thoughtfully crafted to provide students a unique forum and comprehensive approach to professional development, and consists of educational seminars, social networking events, community engagement, and group activities. In 2023, the engen program graduated 25 individuals from 23 different companies.the year-long program consists of:- quarterly in-person two-day educational seminars throughout the us, including in-depth conversations with industry leaders, group activities, field tours, community engagement activities, and social events- monthly virtual half-day programs including programming, reading discussions, and social networkingthe engen program will:- educate, develop, and empower the next generation of executive leaders in all sectors of the industry to positively influence the evolution of the Energy ecosystem and ensure a sustainable Energy future- enhance collaboration, education, and trust within the entire Energy community- develop an informed and productive Energy dialogue- cultivate the needed Leadership skills for tomorrow's visionaries- contribute informed and innovative solutions to the complex challenges of a continuously evolving Energy industry- build lasting relationships among future leaders within the Energy industry
