the organization's primary exempt purpose is to develop and execute the engen Leadership program, which is a one-year, curriculum-based Leadership development educational program for all sectors of the Energy industry, including both traditional and renewable Energy development. the organization is not organized or operated for the benefit of any private interests and no net earnings will benefit shareholders. the organization does not intend to represent advocate, or lobby for specific political or legislative issues; rather all sides of current and future Energy issues will be discussed and understood.
