the Jewish Alliance aka Enter: the Jewish Peoplehood Alliance creates an operating platform partnering with and supporting organizations dedicated to achieving Jewish unity - am echad - through advocacy, education, cultural and commercial exchange.during q1 2022, Enter embarked on a major expansion of the one2one initiative, which offers teens from israel and north american Jewish communities a chance to meet and strengthen their Jewish Peoplehood literacy, while also exploring topics of common interest. In close partnership with the marcus foundation-funded rootone initiative, a voucher program for north american teens participating in summer prorams to israel, and the Jewish education project, Enter recruited 2500 participants in the 2022 series. One2one became an offering to fulfill a pre-israel trip engagement requirement for teens taking advantage of the rootone voucher. Enter also continued to provide engagement opportunities for dozens of teachers and community professionals. At its core, one2one is a simple concept: a series of virtual encounters, one-on-one, youth-led, spread out over several months, pairing north american high school students with israeli peers. Individualized, virtual encounters, targeting a critical age group in order to deepen immersive israel experiences. During q3 2022, Enter began recruitment for 5000 participants for the 2022-2023 oneone initiative. In addition, Enter launched a post-summer trip pilot for north american teens returning to their homes after their summer israel experience in order to extend it through a unique cross-cultural dialogue framework.during q1 and q2 2022, Enter's north american Jewish Peoplehood coalition hed several workshops, roundtables and 1:1 consultations with nearly fifty organizations and communities, large and small. the purpose was to explore options for establishing a Peoplehood coalition, to identify early adopters, and to quietly begin the work of promoting broader adoption of the Peoplehood paradigm. Two anchor workshops were part of this initial round of consultations. These larger gatherings, in new york (january 27) and palo alto (march 24), emerged from partnerships with the american Jewish committee and the z3 project. In addition, the coalition hosted a june 2 roundtable in Washington, dc in partnership with re'ut. On september 13, 2022, Enter sponsored a reception in new york for friends and partners. Charles bronfman and jeffrey r. solomon, and founding ceo, alon friedman, presented Enter's leading initiatives and strategy. A diverse cross-section of philanthropists, educators, denominational leaders, advocacy organizations and youth engagement platforms were represented.in december 2022, Enter's north american Jewish Peoplehood coalition's newly established executive committee met in new york, hosted by co-chair doron krakow, president and ceo of the jcc association of north america. Committee members include 12 members, a diverse array of recognized leader drawn from a dozen leading organizations.on december 11, 2022, Enter was a co-sponsor and participated in the z3 project's annual conference in palo alto, ca. Attendance was 900 people.on december 15, 2022, the coalition held its first "master class" with presentations from aliza lavie, ben jacobs, and len saxe. the hybrid program was hosted in-person by Jewish women international in Washington, dc and online.
