Management of affordable rental properties available to low- and moderate- income individuals and families in the mid-atlantic region.
We provide resident services programs to residents of our rental properties designed to connect them with opportunities and make our properties places of pride and belonging. Programming is tailored to the needs of residents at each property and includes food assistance, health and wellness programs, financial counseling, youth programming and connection to partners providing additional services.
