Associate certified entomologist (ace): ace is a Certification option geared specifically toward the pest management industry. Launched in may of 2004, the ace program is rapidly becoming the industry-standard for professionalism and training. It is available currently to north american applicants. The program currently has over 1,300 members.

Esa's board certified entomologist (bce) program allows members to demonstrate expertise to potential consumers and employers in a highly specialized marketplace. The bce Certification is a way for professionals to differentiate themselves from others in the field. The program currently had over 450 members and continues to grow. It is available currently to international applicants with a phd in entomology or a related field.
