Equimundo Center for Masculinities and Social Justice

Equimundo works to promote gender equality and prevent violence by engaging men and boys in partnership with women and girls. The organization's programs, campaigns, and advocacy efforts across the following objects are based in rigorous research and are designed to improve the lives of people around the world: (1) promote men's active caregiving and involved fatherhood; (2) help men, women, and children heal from trauma and prevent violence after conflict; (3) engage men to invest in women's economic empowerment; (4) prevent gender-based violence and violence against children; (5) work with youth to redefine gender norms, end violence, promote sexual health and right, and support diversity; and (6) build the evidence base for engaging men in gender equality.
