Program areas at Equine Outreach
Facilitated and hosted groups including the following: Oregon National Guard, Oregon Youth Challenge, Deschutes Juvenile Justice, Oregon State Vet Care, St Charles Rehabilitation Center, Transitional Coop, Abilitree, St. Charles Cancer Center, 4H Groups, Elder Care Facilities and many more. Assisted Law Enforcement in 6 local counties. Adopted a total of 56 horses in 2016. Assisted many people with temporary equine feed crises. Hauled and recycled over 1,000 yards of manure to local farmers. Continued to make repairs and improvements to the facilities. Continued to make improvements to our web site and social media presence.
Sponsored Rescue Revolution at High Desert Horse Expo and adopted 14 horses.
