Description
Equipping Leaders International partners with under resourced Christian leaders globally to equip and multiply Biblically mature leaders for every area of community life. Its faculty has grown to 49, with 2 retired and adding 11 more gifted teachers, making the 2025 target of 70 faculty seem reasonable if not low. The faculty leadership team continues to meet monthly.

More faculty means more training. God grew our faculty to 57 with 2 retired and adding 5 more gifted teachers. At this point, the 2025 target of 100 faculty seems reasonable. The faculty leadership team has continued to meet quarterly and are helping to address some of the challenges that come along with this growth in work force. Our faculty led 127 training events in 2023. They continued to be in person and via ZOOM. Faculty did travel to Malawi, Sierra Leone, Bolivia, Honduras, Liberia, Kenya, Tanzania, India, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Burundi, Bangladesh, Nicaragua and Nigeria this year. Additionally, our national trainers held over 562 training events. The Annual fund has helped mobilize about 437 of them. We added new partners in Argentina. Our Global Scholarship fund awarded 17 scholarships totaling $13,691.We still utilized ZOOM training and had our most fruitful year to date. We also traveled into 15 countries and started work in Argentina. We led a total of 1045 training events events with 926 of them being taught by our national trainers. The Annual Fund helped 437 of these events.
