Clinic. Espaola Humane operates a spay/neuter clinic that offers free surgeries and vaccinations to the pets of area residents, which results in over 7,000 spay/neuter surgeries and over 14,600 vaccinations every year. The goal is to reduce the number of unwanted animals and create a healthier community for pets, their families, and their neighbors.
Shelter. Espaola Humane also manages a municipal shelter that receives over 4,300 animals each year. The shelter welcomes every animal, including the very elderly, ill, aggressive, or injured. Many animals are not able to be rehomed but espaola Humane proudly adopts out 88% of these at-risk pets.
