Fulfilled requirements of title x grant to ensure:(1) sub-grantees provided support services and outreach activities to create healthy individuals, families and communities. In cy 2023, 454,754 clients were served at 354 clinical sites throughout the state of California. (2) sub-grantees provided support services and outreach activities to create healthy individuals, families and communities. In cy 2023, 9,064 clients were served at 34 clinical sites throughout the state of Hawaii.
Expanded and strengthened Access to equitable, client-centered, high quality reproductive Health services & information. Provided technical assistance, training, resources, and funding to diverse clinics and community-based organizations in California for healthcare promotion and support.
Provided technical assistance, training and funding to diverse clinics in California related to reproductive Health. The program reached target populations through support of partner treatment and use of digital platforms to connect users with services and Health information.
