The Eureka Foundation improves the appearance of the community through demolishing abandoned buildings and painting and repairing existing ones. It also offers scholarships to Eureka students, and provides duplex rentals. Additionally, an endowment fund was established from the trust of an individual with a stipulation to create a scholarship fund and hold an annual trade-school fair. The foundation also donated funds to the Greenwood Count Long-Term Recovery Committee to help tornado victims in the area pay for uninsured damages.
