Expenses incurred in carrying out the charitable purposes of thesupported organization, uncommon schools, Inc.; an internalrevenue code section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, byengaging in activities directed to the development of innovativeschools, especially charter public shcools. In particular, theorganization supports the successful start-up, programdevelopment, and program implementation of Excellence boyscharter school of bedford stuyvesant and the acquisistion anddevelopment of property to be used by Excellence in the stuyvesantneighborhood of brooklyn, new york in august 2004.
