Program areas at ESC
Since 1978, the Executive Service Corps of Chicago has provided quality consultation on over 3,000 projects for local nonprofits, schools, and government entities in four focus areas: management, governance, leadership and organizational transformation. This highly leveraged consultation strategy improves internal structures and builds capacity to meet new and emerging challenges in the nonprofit environment. During 2022, esc volunteers provided over 12,760 hours of Service valued at $3,389,444 to nonprofits, schools and government entities.
