Program areas at Executive Service Corps of the Greater Triangle

Secured an arpa technical assistance grant that supported leadership training and identification of capacity building strategies for nonprofit organizations throughout the Triangle, nc area (wake, chatham, durham and orange counties). In 2023 esc used 1,636 volunteer hours to provide these services and training to 53 client projects including board leadership training, board development support, guided organizational assessments, and strategic planning. Esc also provided Executive coaching and hosted monthly Executive director roundtables.
