Re-established the acc academy in little rock, Arkansas (post pandemic) the acc academy is designed to reshape students fundamental belief systems and the critical thinking patterns that flow out of them. It is a specialized education focused on building interior skills increasing resiliency and self-control. The goal is foster hope, dignity and a sense of purpose that were either missing or distorted.
Initiation of peer services at the juvenile detention center in jefferson county, Arkansas. Peer specialists provide moral support, assist in job placement, career development, and support services to provide families what they need for a new start. The organization tries to connect alumni in different regions of the state when possible. In addition, volunteers continue to walk with their students as mentors. It is critical to continued growth that people find true belonging.
