Program areas at Expecting Relief
Expecting Reliefs mobile food pantry mission is to reduce hunger among the most vulnerable. We provide monthly distributions to our underserved community. We also provide food for our 3 school food pantries.
Literacy Relief services children with lower reading levels providing an enjoyable and easy way for children to find the very FUN in reading as well as develop many literacy skills.
In efforts to Improve Maternal & Infant health Expecting Relief became Brooklyn's 2nd Diaper Bank and E.N.Y. 1st diaper bank. We also provide 3 diaper pantries at Baybee Lounge Daycare, SCO Family Residence, and DLC Family Daycare.
