Program areas at Experience Aviation

The flying classroom in partnership with Experience Aviation collaborates to provide free learning resources pertaining to each global expedition. The resources is made to serve educational entities including schools, organizations, non-profits, and parents. This includes interactive web blog, literacy lessons, video and images from the field, social media, digital storytelling, visitation to school districts in the flying classroom aircraft, and free skype in the classroom sessions.
Experience Aviation offers the stem fest across the nation to school districts. Our team introduces these participants to the world of Aviation and stem (science, technology, engineering and math) through engaging activities such as; drones, autonomous engineering robots, 3d printing prosthetic hands and other science experiments. Participants also get to meet and greet captain barrington irving through his flight around the world motivational speech.
Scholarships are awarded to students who have participated within the build and soar academy who are planning to pursue higher education within the stem (science, technology, engineering and math) industry. Students selected for this scholarship have been through a rigorous process analyzed by the Experience Aviation team members to determine their performance level and interest within stem. Experience Aviation aims to provide more scholarships to students to pursue their dreams and goals.
Experience Aviation transforms partnering facilities into off-site stem hands-on camp workshops in order to offer the build and soar academy. Participating students at these facilities will have the opportunity to engage in an innovative build a car, build a plane and build a hovercraft projects. Projects are implemented to expose and enhance students proficiency within stem (science, technology, engineering and math).
Experience Aviation offers an innovative summer camp each year with local students from miami-dade and broward counties. Students get to explore the world of stem (science, technology, engineering and math) through hands-on project based learning activities. Career fair for over 3000 students to expose them to career and educational opportunities in stem areas. The career fair exhibits the local stem / Aviation industry by bringing together corporations, educational institutions and employment services.
