Express Sports

Express Sports, Inc. is a learn-to-swim and competitive swim team that has been serving the greater trenton area since 1987. We provide a healthy environment in which athletes ages 7-22 can develop life skills, a sense of discipline, time management, respect for teammates/coaches, and strive to achieve their highest goals in competitive swimming. We carry approximately 150 swimmers (program members) at one time, and we offer a minimum of 2 hours worth of swim practice 340 days per year. We host five major swim meets every year, at which we supply the volunteers for a total of 11 days. These meets serve the entire new jersey swimming community, and average approximately 1,000 athletes per event. Express Sports athletes compete on the local, state, section, jr. national, national and even the olympic trials level. We have three full-time coaches/directors, as well as up to 6 regular assistant coaches on staff to manage daily workouts and mentor the members as they progress through the program.
