In Malawi, to run program aimed at creating productive home victory gardens using permaculture and sustainable farming practices. The goal of all facets of this program is to build individuals confidence in self-reliance, and community ownership and self-reliance. The Organization is the primary funder of the Face-to-Face AIDS Project Malawi, based in Lilongwe, whose sole purpose is to carry out the work of Face-to-Face. Face-to-Face AIDS Project Malawi administers, monitors, and evaluates grant programs on the ground, and has a 9-member staff.
In Cambodia, the Organization employs 2 local contractors, 3 board members and a local bookkeeper to promote victory gardens as a means for the poorest families in Cambodias rural Pursat Province fight to hunger, improve nutrition, and increase quality of lives for everyone in their households.
