Program areas at FYSA
Fairbanks Youth Soccer association (fysa) provides playing fields, field maintenance, equipment, coaches and referees to promote Soccer for over 3000 Youth players, ages 4 through 19 years, annually. Fysa offers low registration fees for Youth players, which only partially defray the costs of player uniforms, referees, insurance, and some of our field development costs. Fysa partners with the Fairbanks north star borough (fnsb) school district on indoor gym space for winter programming, and to facilitate middle and high school Soccer seasons. Fysa also partnered with eclipse Soccer club to host the annual state cup tournament. In 2022, fysa expanded the indoor program by purchasing court flooring and equipment for use in the fnsb carlson center community center.
