Program areas at Faith Open Door Community Center
Services we provided to community free of charge were computer classes, leadership and mentoring, feeding during summer camp and afterschool, sport programs, Baton Twirling, Taekwondo, Anger Management, Bullying Program, C.P.R. classes, Empowering the Youth Summer Camp, Food Pantry, Get Fit Be Fit, Girl Scouts, Promise Technology Academy, Apprenticeship Classes, Core and Shape Classes, Financial Program, G.E.D. Classes, Kids R.A.P.P. Tutoring, Making Proud Choices, Parenting Classes/Workshop, Sign Language, Spanish/English Classes, and helping find people residents.
Tutoring Services provided to students who are struggling in academic areas as well as to provide a health nurturing learning environment. Meals and transportation are provided to students as well.
Summer Camp provides an extended loving and safe learning enviornment extended to our local community for children to grow mentally, spiritually, and physically. We provide them with life lesson plans, field trips, meals, and uniform shirts.
