Family Assistance Education and Research Foundation

Family Assistance Education & Research foundation responded to seven industrial diasters during 2023 with teams of 24 trauma reponse professionals led by the organization's response leaders. The organization's trained professionals helped many people throughout these diasters with a goal providing surivors with practical support including food and accomodations.

Family Assistance Education & Research foundation shares Research findings at workshops and member-partner meetings, throughout the world, where survivors and responders of recent tragic events share lessons learned. The foundation hosted 3 webinars throughout 2023 with 139 attendees where topical presentations are made by survivors and responders. In addition to global partner meetings and webinars, we publish articles about workplace responses twice monthly as well as a quarterly newsletter.to assist business organizations with training their own employee responders, the foundation makes videotapes of survivors who speak about their experiances following workplace disasters. The video tapes can be viewed and shown for training from the foundation's website.
