Child care connections: resource and referral program servicing columbia, greene, and ulster counties. The organization also supports, recruits, and regulates legal child care programs to ensure the health, safety, and quality of care for children. Also administers the child and adult care food program (cacfp), which provides reimbursement for serving nutritious meals.
Family inn: emergency shelter for families.
Families of Woodstock, new paltz, and ellenville: crisis intervention, short-term counseling, information and referral, and other emergency services.
Properties and rentals: maintain agency buildings including hud subsidized rental units.
Adolescent case management: case management for adolescents and young adults providing independent living skills for older adolescents and youth in foster care, Family peer support, training, counseling, mediation, and other services.
Adult case management services: case management services for homeless individuals and families in transition, those struggling with mental health issues and/or at risk of or who are currently substance abusers.
Columbia county childcare subsidiary: process day care subsidy assistance applications and determine families' eligibility; provide technical assistance for subsidy eligible families; maintain contracts for regulated childcare programs.
Kingston cares: focuses on summer and after school activities addressing issues of poverty, prevent and reduce substance abuse, and improve the quality of life for youth and families.
Darmstadt shelter: emergency shelter for up to 23 men and women who primarily have a history of substance abuse and/or mental health issues or involved with the criminal justice system.
Evolve: counseling and education groups for adults who have been violent with a Family member(s).
Food securities: address food insecurity by engaging local farmers to donate locally grown produce and train volunteers to glean, process, and distribute nutritious food to the network of food pantries, feeding programs, and shelters in ulster and surrounding counties.
Midway i & ii: supervised transitional living program for up to 18 months for adolescents 16-21 years of age who are homeless and not yet prepared to function independently. Midway i is based in kingston, ny, and midway ii is based in ellenville, ny.
The washbourne house: provide safe shelter and comprehensive trauma informed services to survivors of domestic violence and their children.
Homeless education: programming to support homeless education.
Domestic violence non-residential: crisis counseling and case management for survivors of domestic violence who are not seeking residential services. Services include group meetings, advocacy for survivors seeking services, and educational programs.
Family house: emergency shelter for up to 14 runaway and homeless youth ages 12 to 18.
