Program areas at Family Promise of Clark County
Family shelter program: this program provides shelter for families enrolled in programming at Family Promise of Clark County. Program guests spend the day at the day center, where they have access to case management services, laundry facilities, and showers. Here, they also search for jobs and long-term affordable housing. In the evenings, they are transported to one of our partner congregations, where they spend the night, receive a warm meal, and food for the next day, before returning to the day center.
Fp cares program: our fp cares program is our response and commitment to families needing housing support who do not qualify for our shelter program or who are unable to access it due to capacity limitations. Under the umbrella of the fp cares program, we provide diversion and prevention services and support.
