Family Promise of Irving

2022 was a year of growth, opportunities, and shifting to a new season post-covid. We served 21 families with children experiencing a homeless situation 11 families 36 people in our Covid model In-shelter apartments, and our Moving Home program moved 10 families into apartments. A total of 728 shelter nights were provided to children and their families, 3,900 meals were provided to in-shelter families, and 320 volunteers provided meals, assisted with events and helped with work days at the day center. We received 35 applications for access to programming and continued Case Management with 13 graduate families of the In-Shelter program, primarily through our M.O.V.I.N.G with Promise Aftercare Program.
