Nibble with Willow provides tools for promoting positive attitudes and behaviors toward food and nutrition among children.

CHEF: Culinary Health Education Force - CHEF trains youth 18-24 years old in culinary nutrition skills and job readiness strategies, connecting them to a wide range of food industry roles and additional CUNY training and education. The target population are youth who have yet to find a path to stable income or identify clear career goals and a plan to achieve them. The goal: participants attain food-related employment as they explore and take advantage of additional CUNY-based training and higher education opportunities for long-term life success.

Teen Battle Chef - Teen Battle Chef (TBC) is a unique hands-on culinary and nutrition education program designed as a cooking competition where everybody wins invaluable lifelong skills. From mastering the art of crafting mouth-watering Jambalaya to unlocking the secrets of a nourishing, wholesome diet, TBC creates an immersive experience that empowers young minds to thrive.
