Fathers Building Futures ensures parents and families with barriers to incarceration have the best opportunities for stability socially, emotionally, and financially. The job development program placed all 5 clients into stable housing and 4 were placed into long-term positions with local partners. Financial literacy and parenting classes saw 100% client participation and completion. All 5 clients graduated from the program.
