Federation Early Learning Services (FELS)

Fels operates five centers in the greater philadelphia area for approximately 450 children ranging from six weeks to 12 years old. Fifty-one percent of fels children are from low-income, working families, and fifty percent live in single-parent households.fels provides excellence in Early childhood education for families from diverse economic, religious, and racial backgrounds throughout the Delaware valley.
