**spay/neuter voucher program** 122 recipients. This program provides vouchers so the recipient can get their cat spay/neutered and vacinated through one of our partner veterinarians. This program reduces the amount of unwanted litters and reduces the influx of homeless kittens/cats arriving in area animal shelters.
**cats in crisis - 2 part program** part 1 - 785 cat care packages. Cat care packages contain dry food, canned food and treats that are distributed through st. vincents food pantry. This part of the program is designed to keep cats with their families and out of aminal shelters. Part 2 - 0 transitional boardings. This program offers free boarding services to families in transition due to home loss, domestic violence situations or other unexpected life changing event. This program also provides medical and dental services, vaccinations, food, litter, medications, transportation and any other necessary services to give the family an opportunity to get reestablished so the cats can be reuniteed with their families. This program is designed to keep cats out of shelters and with the families they know and love.
**feral cat services** 2 cats were rescued from euthensia. This program provides support services to feral colony caretakers throughout Northern navada and Northern California. Traps are provided to caretakers at no charge so tnr (trap-neuter-return) services can be completed. Once returned to their colony, this program provides cat food to the cartetakers. The majority of the cat food is donated from various sources through the marketing efforts of the staff. This provided over 2,050 pounds of cat food.
