Aiming higher - academics - since its inception in 2004, the Fenton Education Foundation has made a strong commitment to providing its students with an outstanding educational experience. Fenton Schools have consistently raised the bar an expanded their programs to give children in this community the tools necessary to compete in a global economy.
The Foundation of culture - arts - the arts engage students and are essential to an understanding of personal indentity, community contexts, and global cultures. Through arts Education, students develop commitment and persistence. They also acquire the skills and exercise the creativity necessary for success in today's world. Our goal is to build a sustainable arts endowment, giving as many children as possible the opportunity to benefit and take pleasure in the arts.
A pathway to leadership - athletics - sports provide children an youth with many opportunities to grow physically, socially, an emotionally. Studies show that children who participate in organized sports are more likely to be active, hardworking students, and better future workers. Kids who play sports also learn how to achieve balance between their schoolwork and athletics, which fosters a strong work ethic both on and off the court. The founation's goal is to build the athletic endowment to permanently remove pay to play and give as many children as possible the chance to participate in and enjoy athletics.
