Fillmore Courtyard Apartments

This organization provided affordable Housing to elderly and persons through the operation of a 24-unit multifamily 202 prac property in phoenix, Arizona. The organization served 27 residents: 7% under the age of 62 (live-in aides), 82% between the ages 62-81; and 3% between the ages of 82-93. During 2022, this community began increasing social activities after being limited the past couple of years due to the covid-19 pandemic. Several residents regularly participated in the senior meal program at the nearby laura danieli senior center, a program of the salvation army. Nearby mercy hill church brought students from the asu downtown campus to the property twice a month to do arts and crafts with the residents. Food boxes from st mary's food bank were provided to the residents weekly. The area (cont'd on sch o) agency on aging region one brought personal and cleaning supplies for residents. The manager provided residents with referral information and resources as necessary to help maintain their quality of life.
