First Choice Community Healthcare, Inc. (fcch) is a federally-qualified health center (fqhc), operating nine Community health centers and one school-based health center. Fcch provides primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to residents of bernalillo, valencia, and santa fe counties. We have provided a health care home for our patients for over 50 years. Our health centers maintain an open-door policy, providing treatment regardless of an individual's income or insurance coverage. This has been fcch's core function since 1972.
