We identify, train, and provide jobs for exceptional students in low-income neighborhoods. We provide them with individual college and career counseling as well as training in self-awareness, emotional modulation, conflict resolution, time management and financial literacy. We hire them to work in summer and after school programs with the younger children in their communities.
